How do I determine the right size for my dog?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. We recommend measuring your dog's neck and girth (the widest part of the chest) to ensure a perfect fit for our harnesses and apparel.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items in original, unused condition with tags still attached. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, items that show signs of wear or hair cannot be accepted.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout if you need your gear sooner.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all EzyDog products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover damage caused by chewing or normal wear and tear.
Can I wash my EzyDog gear?
Most of our products can be hand-washed using mild detergent and air-dried. We recommend avoiding machine washing and tumble drying to preserve the integrity of the reflective stitching and hardware.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and order weight.
