At EzyDog, we want you and your canine companion to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and free of any pet hair or debris.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of your package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
